Pros:

J ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel avec sa plage privée , deux piscines. Coucher de soleil magnifique , personnel sympas. Très bien situé ,je recommande.

Det är jätte trevlig hotell resort 🏝️
Allt fanns på hotell som restaurang, bar pool och kiosk 👍, stranden 🏝️, 3 swimmingpool var jätte trevligt och väldigt rena .
Hotell personal var super trevligt, underbar servicen och hjälpsam 👌😘
Rummet var rena och stora perfekt 👌, det som bara fattas är vattenkokare för kaffe.
Allt annat 5 stjärnor ⭐️

The pool and beach were ok but the staff are rude and disrespectful. Especially the life guards, cleaning staff and front desk.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a noisy area. I could not sleep at night as many bars, pubs and nightclubs are near. Despite being one of the few residents of the hotel that day, they refused to move me to a quieter room. Also, when I booked the place it stated that it has a pool and beach access but when I arrived there they said that the pool was not functioning as it needed maintenance.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly .the location is great. Beach front is a plus. , the food was really good at the hotel . The breakfast buffet is full of variety and very well served. No room service at this hotel but it wasn't a problem for me . I enjoyed being around people to have my meals. .I do recommend this hotel it has a lot to offer for good price.

Convenient anad clean hotel
Pros:

The staff is amazingly kind, helpful and accommodating. The Manager himself drove me to a pharmacy and bought me the necessary medication for "Turista". which unfortunately hit us. They made us extra food and brought us tea at 5 am before our departure. The rooms are spacious and the sea view is spectacular.

Friendliest hotel ever.
Pros:

Although swimming pool wasn't open yet (season starts May, 15), quality of service easily compensated for this. Managers were extremely helpful in organizing sightseeing trips. They were showing us the best Lebanon has to offer. With their help and sense of humor this stay is definitely both memorable and exceptionally satisfying. The best hotel in Jounieh.
