Convenient for a stopover
Pros:

It was very convenient for a stopover flight. Close to the airport, and hotel could arrange a shuttle. The breakfast was very good.

Very disappointed
Pros:

I don't really think there's much of a significant feature to list as 'like'. However the customer service and taxi service and reception is pretty good and swift with no delay.

Cons:

The shower area is tiny and the door doesn't close at all and everything inside is visible, the fan does work, there is barely enough space as a family room and no air conditioning what so ever, the facilities are worse and is completely not worth it, for the price we payed we could get a much better hotel in london with a continental buffet too.

Cumple bien la función de ser lugar de paso para tomar un vuelo. Con lo justo y necesario, incluyendo la apertura de zona de desayuno desde muy temprano (4.30h creo o un poco antes). Aunque no está lejos del aeropuerto y se va por camino iluminado, los 25 min a pie pueden hacerse largos, sobre todo muy temprano o con lluvia. Hay servicio de transporte de pago

Cons:

Quizá el servicio de transporte es un poco caro para el trayecto (5 min), pero según las circunstancias merece la pena. Comida y bebida solo en máquinas expendedoras, salvo el desayuno
