Excellent value.
Pros:

Excellent value for the price. The room was new, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The only problem was the thermostat. It only had Japanese indications and, for some reason, I was unable to get to set at 22 degrees Celcius). The front desk employee came up to adjust it when I called down late at night saying that it was set for too cold but it stayed too cold (around 18 degrees). The comforter was warm so I was still able to sleep though. This was my second stay at this hotel and the first time, there was no problem with anything.
