Beautiful hotel, ask for room away from next door restaurant
Pros:

The property is beautiful and rios are very nice.

Cons:

The location next to open are food court with music and karaoke until midnight.

Pros:

Lovely place and I felt pampered. Turn down service, huge plush towels, excellent breakfast and wonderful staff.
Our room was dark and quiet, actually overslept!!!

Cons:

The tours were a little annoying but it’s because the mansion is so cool so understandable.

Exciting Historical stay
Pros:

Historical Hotel with large rooms. Nice and clean. Friendly and service minded staff. Beds, cleaning and AC ok! A nice restaurant and a large food court is near by.

Loved our stay
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay in this boutique small hotel. Room are old (but modernized) with the huge veranda and the old style halls. Words will not do justice, come see the place for yourself and be taken back in time. I loved our large rooms and the bathroom and the pool in the back. Great staff, extremely attentive, super clean.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Frühstück (malaysische Küche) ist sehr gut
Pros:

Wir hatten nicht das schicke Appartement bekommen wie gebucht, sondern waren in einem separaten Ferienhaus (ehem. Wohnhaus) untergebracht. Wir hatten dort sehr viel Platz, aber der normale Komfort war nicht wie in einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Wir konnten jedoch unser Frühstück im Hotel einnehmen und wurden auch abgeholt. Alles in allem hat es uns gefallen.

Pros:

Beautiful authentic mansion, very clean and attention to detail with facilities. Professional staff especially Jalal on hospitality, the front gate security and bar host.
Tours do not interfere with guests, they are kept away from private bedroom areas, these providing a calm quiet oasis from the heat.

Cons:

Very hot water in shower , took a while to adjust

Beautiful Heritage Mansion
Pros:

Stayed 5 nights in this stunning Mansion. The attention to detail from the authentic room decor and furnishings to service from staff was beyond expectation.
Breakfast of high quality with plenty of options was a pleasure to experience in the dining area.
Special thanks to Jalal for his professional hospitality service at breakfast time, to the entrance security officer for a friendly and attentive greeting each day and to the barman for serving us delicious creations.
The tour explaining the history of the family and renovation of the building was very interesting, and even with tours going on the bedroom areas were kept private and served as a calm oasis from the heat.
We felt very privileged to have stayed here.
