Perfect stay!
Pros:

Staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond. Fantastic experience from check-in through check-out. Our family had a wonderful stay. The room was cozy and spotless, breakfast was delicious.

Hotel piccolo, vicino al centro... con possibilità di prenotare il parcheggio vicino alla struttura ( circa 20 metri), possibilità di mangiare nel ristorante di fronte... zona silenziosa e tranquilla

La localisation, globalement l'appartement était propre et grand mais en travaux (pas de robinet dans la cuisine par exemple).
Bonne literie et vraie chambre pour les enfants.

Cons:

L'appartement est en dehors de l'hôtel, il faut sortir pour le petit déjeuner assez mauvais au demeurant.
Le.parking de l'hôtel n'en est pas un, les voitures sont imbriquées les unes à côté des autres. Pas assez de obscurité dans les chambres.

Overall, I would not recommend this place.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

My stay was disappointing. The room did not seem properly cleaned and I noticed ants inside, which was quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel will improve the cleanliness in the future. Because of this, I decided to shorten my stay from two nights to one. Initially, I was asked to pay for the second night as well, but after a short conversation we managed to reach an agreement and I only paid the commission.

Besides de smell, all the other stuff was pretty good

The people was very nice, the room is big and very confortable.

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom was very bad. During the three days of our stay, there was a terrible urine smell in the bathroom, probably coming back up through the pipes.
