Decepcionante.

Proximidade com a praia, mas só.

Cons:

O Hotel está completamente decadente, as instalações são muito antigas e é um hotel popular. O acesso se dá apenas por escadas ao segundo andar e são vários apartamentos. Na saída queriam me cobrar novamente a diária pois não tinham registrado corretamente o pagamento quando já o tinha feito no check in. Tinha barata no quarto.

A começar pela recepção, no dia que cheguei para ficar 7 dias, reclamei do quarto, estava com mal cheiro. Os funcionários Vinícius e Cauan que estavam no horário, receberam minha solicitação com desdém, falta empatia, falta cordialidade de ambos. Apos ser realocado em outro quarto, liguie na recepção informando qie nao tinha cabides. Os mesmos que estavam no local ainda me disseram para descer e pegar na recepção....lamentável.....sei o quanto é difícil empresário ter funcionários comprometidos com a empresa. Instalações antigas, manutenções pendentes em vários locais,,pisos, fios e pintura. Frigobar do quarto funcionando, mas não regula temperatura, congela tudo, Internet péssima! Não consegui usar um único dia em minha estadia. Cafe normal, simples mas ok. Refeições no restaurante ,de 0 a 10 daria nota 4. Funcionários até se esforçam, mas falta qualidade nos itens.Pelos valores cobrados existem muitas outras opções na cidade, bem mais cuidadas. Não permitem cancelamento no Booking......isso deveria ser um sinal.
