Le petit-déjeuner est tres bien achalandé dans une jolie salle et les produits sont de qualité (pain délicieux, jus d'oranges pressées, jambon rouge, etc ...
Mention spéciale pour l'accueil de nuit le 22 juillet 2026, par un hôte tres prévenant et soucieux de notre bien-être.

Pros:

L’établissement a été rénové avec goût, la piscine apporte un supplément pour l’hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel est un élément phare de l’établissement.
L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Saint Palais et les alentours

L’accueil était super chouette, des personnes à l’écoute, humaine, sympathique, qui sont là pour vous faire plaisir… L’ensemble du personnel du matin au soir est gentille avec les clients, la patronne est là tout les matins pour s’occuper des clients, les dames qui gèrent l’hôtel aux autres heures de la journée et de la nuit sont super agréable et gentille, de bonne conseilles et toujours contente de vous donner un bon conseil sur la région.

La piscine ainsi que le spas sont extrêmement agréable. Au top.

Le petit déjeuné est délicieux et super bien servit

La situation de l’hôtel est idéal à saint palais à deux pas de la plage de saint palais avec du parking facile dans la rue

Rapport qualité extrêmement bon sur saint palais !

Owner - This is such a missed opportunity. This could be a fabulous hotel if you invest properly.

Cons:

Room was awful. Worst we have stayed in. We had a family room. Not enough space for 4 people, bad/narrow layout, mouldy walls, poor A/C and old fashioned.

Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait : plage, restaurants… tout est à proximité.
Pas de parking mais on trouve facilement de la place pour se garer gratuitement.
Un personnel très sympathique. La présence d’un spa est un plus.
Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le moins, c’est l’absence de wifi dans notre chambre en rez de jardin et pas de 4G pendant une journée.
Une poubelle dans la chambre serait la bienvenue.

Excellent location, potential for upgrading.
Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location just a few steps from the beach and lots of lovely restaurants. There is plenty of parking on the streets around which is free. There was a full breakfast available every day. There was a very good AC system in the room which kept the room cool and was not noisy. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful and smiley.

Cons:

THe first room that we were shown (which was the room we had booked) was way too small. I really don't think in the summer, it would be possible to stay here. The second room we were shown had a lot of bleach stains on the carpet - I think it would not cost much to replace this carpet, it looks very tacky. Finally, we were shown a room which suited us perfectly. It was not big but the window opened onto the pool and garden and it had a very good air conditioning unit. The hotel is in an old building but I think with not too much investment, it could be upgraded a little with carpets and painting and it would make a big difference.
