Clean inside apartments and general areas
Location - 5 minutes walk to Costa Teguise town
Did not like the fact they send you a long list of do’s and don’ts by WhatsApp prior to arrival including one about strictly no reserving of sun beds. There is also a sign on reception saying do not reserve sunbeds for more than 15 minutes. When you complain as you cannot get a bed (there are only around 20) you are met with shrugs and they do not do anything about it. Poor management. No one on site after 5pm.
Our third stay at El Guarapo and the complex is very clean, well organised and staff very helpful. Is a about a short 5-6 mins walk to Spar and beaches are close by.

El wifi mejorable
La ubicación, cerca de zonas bonitas, el desayuno y la señora que atiende, muy amable y buen desayuno
Había muchísimo ruido por parte de los vecinos, incluso teniendo relaciones, las paredes son de papel, se escuchaba usar el wc, tienen un ventilador tipo industrial que es imposible poner por la noche por el ruido que hace, no puedes abrir la ventana porque va a dar un terreno lleno de excrementos de gatos, el termo hace un ruido que parece un grifo abierto y tarda una barbaridad, y por último la cisterna gotea a veces y te pasas la noche escuchando el ruido del agua. Además hay cosas que se ven dañadas y que necesitan ser cambiadas, como la mesa de centro
La cama muy cómoda aunque la almohada un pelin dura pero no quita que durmiera súper bien y además era enorme. El resto del apartamento todo muy bien, limpio y funcional. Solo pasamos una noche. La piscina esta estupenda y nos dejaron utilizarla una vez hecho el check out. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días. Natalia la que nos atendió en recepción fue súper amable. Volvería sin duda

Muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado
El Guarapo es muy agradable y con una desayuno a la carta de mucha calidad. El personal muy amable y nos ha recomendado sitios para visitar y nos ha facilitado todo siempre. Está muy bien ubicado a pocos metros de la playa Bastian y servicios.
El único punto que diría que se puede mejorar para que la estancia sea un 10 es la limpieza de los apartamentos.
Todo. La ubicación, que era facil aparcar en la zona, pero sobre todo los desayunos y la amabilidad del personal. Y los visitantes gatunos nocturnos.
El silencio duranta la noche, sin ruidos de apartamentos contiguos o exterior. La ubicación, cerca de playa, restaurantes, cafés, con aparcamiento en la zona. La piscina y su zona exterior. La terraza de los apartamentos. El personal de recepción es muy atento y amable.
Las almohadas son incómodas. Un poco carente de limpieza en profundidad, polvo/arena incrustado en mando de la TV, el cable del secador del pelo.... entiendo que hace mucho viento; pero da mal efecto. Poco menaje si se va a hacer las comidas en él;para desayunar y cocinar poco perfecto.

Les falta un sistema de cortina o persiana que permita dormir y descansar mejor, ya que entra muchísima luz.
La cafetera no era de inducción, asi que no la pudimos utilizar

Volveré en cuanto tenga otra ocasión
Posizione buona per girare l'isola. Abbiamo scelto solo pernottamente, quindi colazione a nostra cura. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere la caffettiera che non era presente. Non abbiamo usato la piscina che comunque sembrava molto pulita. Letto comodissimo. Pulizie giornaliere, cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni, cambio lenzuola settimanale.
