Pros:

ゴールデンウィークの真っ只中予約できて助かりました

Cons:

人工温泉の混み具合が部屋のテレビで確認するといつも「少し余裕あり」のように出ています。それで行ってみたら大渋滞でした。残念ですがテレビ情報は今ひとつです。

岐阜駅から遠くて，行くのが大変だった。ホテルの設備は良かったけど，あまりお得感を感じなかった。

フロントのスタッフの対応に不満が残った。チェックインの時に対応したのが若い男性スタッフ。とても無愛想でそっけない受け答えしかしない，いかにも面倒くさそうな姿勢しか感じることができなくて，この男性スタッフの対応にものすごい不快感を感じた。翌日の朝，対応した女性のフロントのスタッフは，愛想がよく，真摯な姿勢で対応していた。この女性スタッフのおかげで，前日，感じた不快感は消えた。でも，差が激しすぎた。若い男性スタッフは，もっと接客業から勉強しなおしたほうがいい。こんな男性スタッフをフロント業務に担当させてほしくなかったです。

駐車場が広くて無料だったのはよかった。

Cons:

バスルームの入り口の敷居が高くて、危険な感じがした。
テレビのリモコンの反応が悪くて難儀した。結果的には電池切れだったようで、フロントに連絡し取り替えてもらった。
