Pros:

スタッフの方が皆さん親切で優しく笑顔が素敵です。施設もとても清潔感があって気持ちよく滞在出来ました。

Cons:

良くないわけではなく…贅沢な話なんですが、朝食に秋田を感じるおかずがあったらよかったなと思いました。

朝食美味しかったです

Cons:

途中道に迷いチェックインの時間が遅くなる旨の電話いれました
その際道を教えてもらいたかったのですが自動音声のため聞くことができなかった
電話の応対が人でしたら教えてもらえたかもと思いました　　が　　　私の問題でありまして、
決してホテルへの注文ではありません　ただのグチです　　ありがとうございました

スタッフ良し、部屋良し、食事残念
Pros:

すごく清潔感があって設備も良かったです。
カウンターの受付の方が好印象でお荷物も預かって頂き大変親切な方でした

Cons:

１．食堂の食事がシェフの個人的意図によりメニューのイメージと違う形で出されて残念でした。
鶏の串焼きも冷凍の物をレンジでチンしたものを出されて
全般的に残念な出来でした。鶏の串焼きに冷凍パックの型の模様がそのまま残っていましたので、充分に加熱されていない事も明らかでした。
少なくとも手料理を出されると期待しましたが残念です。
食事にはもう少し誠意を込めてください。

２．部屋内にお水ぐらいは用意して頂きたかったです。
