Pros:

The location is awesome, just about a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff are mostly pretty friendly and willing to help. Their onsen is definitely a plus! After a long day's walk it helps release the stress and healing the tiredness. I really enjoy staying here.

寒い時期でしたが暖かく過ごせました。
Pros:

駅のそばでとても便利が良かったです。ウエルカムドリンクや朝食も美味しくいただきました。大浴場があり非常に良かったです。お食事に少しでも生のフルーツがあると良いなあと思いました。

目覚まし時計の件で大変嫌な思いをした

駅に近い

Cons:

前の客が、5時40分ぐらいに目覚ましをセットしていて、そのままにされていたために早朝爆音で目覚ましが鳴った。

スタッフの人はいちいちリセットしてほしい。おかげで睡眠不足になった。
