Pros:

親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございました。
急な宿泊で選んだホテルでしたが、朝食も付いててありがたかったです。

Cons:

所々古さを感じる箇所はありましたが、概ね大丈夫だったのですが固めのベッド好きなわたしですが、想像より固かったせいか中々寝付けずそれだけが少し残念でした。

満足の行く宿泊でした。
Pros:

翌朝タクシーの予約が取れずに困ってしまいましたが、スタッフの方が近くのバス停と時刻を調べて頂いて無事に柏崎駅に向かう事が出来ました。
大変感激しています。

禁煙ルームを予約すればよかったと思います。
Pros:

お風呂、朝食

Cons:

喫煙ルームだったので仕方ありませんが、タバコ臭が染みついていました。エアコン、空気清浄機、壁、どれもタバコ臭くて、残念に感じました。

Pros:

大浴場が温泉だった事。無料の朝食が家庭的な味でホッとできた事。無料の紅茶のティーバッグがＪＡＦTEAというお気に入りのブランドで美味しかった事。

Cons:

壁が薄いのか隣の部屋のいびきが微かに聞こえてきた。リズミカルな音になかなか寝付けなくなってしまった。
