最低のルートイン（私は会員ではないけどよく利用しますよ）
Pros:

お値段対比でいいところは無かった。

Cons:

①室内風呂の排水が全くダメ。排水するとトイレ床が水浸しになり超不快。清潔を好む人にはお薦めしない。②ポットが重く大きく水入れにかなり超不便。水入れ用に何か適度なカップが欲しくなる。たったそれだけの配慮ない。③駐車場が足りなく、別にある駐車場への誘導がかった。少なくとも玄関のすぐ外が混雑していることくらい分かるやろ！　仕方なしに嫁がロビーに聞きに行く始末。ずっと見張っておけとは言わない。休日の夕刻時間帯だけでいい。そう言った配慮が無かった。
少なくとも②③はすぐに対応出来る。①は建物が古そうやし、工事が必要なのですぐに対応出来るとしたら、そんな不快な部屋は割引があって然るべし。

良いとこだけど、気を付けないと支払いに注意！

スタッフの応対が完璧！朝食の味付けがヘルシー！何処に行くにも街の中に有るので便利！

Cons:

予約では1人前の朝食がついていたのに、同伴した嫁の分を追加したら2人前の朝食料金として3000円をとられた!

素晴らしかったです！
Pros:

大浴場があり快適な気持ちとなりました！それに夜でもライトアップされたお城が見えるロケーションは最高に良かったです

車椅子を貸してもらいました。お風呂の中でも使用できる車椅子を案内ありました。

Cons:

バスタオルとタオルを入れる袋が欲しかった。お風呂場迄、遠いので。加湿器の使用方法の説明書が欲しかった。
