Pros:

天然温泉が併設されてたから、お得感があった！とってもいい！！

Cons:

10時頃、お掃除の方の大きな荷物がエレベーター前にドン！！！と置かれていて、キャリーケースを持ち上げなければエレベーターに乗れなかった。色々入ってたからどかしていいかも分からず、、、。端っこに寄せておいてほしかったです。

Pros:

スパが併設されているところ。
あと駅から近い。

Cons:

スパ併設の為かバスルームがどうしても小さくておトイレなど少し圧迫感が少しだけあった。

残念だった
Pros:

朝食の豚汁が大変美味しかった

Cons:

チェックイン時に、朝食券が貰えず後でフロントに取りに行った。朝食無しの契約だと言われネット予約での朝食付きを見せて納得してもらった。しかも1枚足りずそれも予約の人数を見せてから券を追加で出してきたりと散々だった。
以前は自動販売機のコインを人数分貰えたが、今回は1枚も貰えなかった。これはミス？それとも変更？なのかわからなかった。
