朝食の豚汁が大変美味しかった

Cons:

チェックイン時に、朝食券が貰えず後でフロントに取りに行った。朝食無しの契約だと言われネット予約での朝食付きを見せて納得してもらった。しかも1枚足りずそれも予約の人数を見せてから券を追加で出してきたりと散々だった。
以前は自動販売機のコインを人数分貰えたが、今回は1枚も貰えなかった。これはミス？それとも変更？なのかわからなかった。

二度と泊まりたくない

部屋や設備は普通

Cons:

当日、団体客がいたようでエレベーターや朝食でやたら待たされた。朝食バイキングで30分も朝に待つのは団体客と一般客への配慮不足。仕事に遅刻するところだった。団体は時間を指定するなど工夫しないと今後は使えない。ちなみに風呂もずっと混んでて入れなかった。フロントの女性も笑顔ではあったがニコニコではなくニヤニヤニタニタとバカにしてるような視線を感じた。相当な件数のビジホに宿泊したがワースト1位の不快さを感じた。

朝食が美味しかった。スタッフの方が丁寧で優しくて気持ちよかった。
ウェルカムドリンクがよかったです。
岩盤浴が特に最高でした。

Cons:

中学生を子ども扱いされ、フロントでキッズセットを頂きました。
お風呂のロッカーも2人で１つでした。

温泉に入り肌もツルツルになり、楽しかったです。

9階の部屋で、駅が正面にありロケーションが良いと思います。

予約が遅かったので禁煙の部屋を取れませんでした。
