直接電話にてお話の方法があったのかもしれませんが、留守番電話対応で、きちんと伝わっているか不安がありました。浴室の洗面台の排水が悪かったのは残念でした。

スタッフの対応が良い。 チェックインの時と外出の際に挨拶をしてくれた。
朝食の卵焼きが美味しかった。
料金が安い。
駐車料金が無料。

すぐ隣に和食さとがあるが周りに飲食店が少なくコンビニも遠い。
夜遅くにチェックインする方は夕飯をチェックイン前に用意した方がいい。

磐田のルートインには2度と泊まらない。

大浴場があり、朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

チェックイン時、2人女性のフロントがいたが、1人はずっと電話をし、1人は接客をしていた。後ろで待っていたら、"チェックインですか？ソファで待っていてください"と言われ、5分程待っていると、接客していたフロントが"チェックインですか？"と言い、さっき話したじゃないか！と気分悪かった。ちょっと客あしらいが悪いフロント2人だなぁと感じが悪かった。
