スタッフの良さが居心地を良くしてくれてました
Pros:

スタッフの皆さんの雰囲気が良いと思いました。
親切であたたかい対応だったと感じました。

大浴場は狭めでしたが、清潔感があり気持ち良かったです。（混んでる時は狭すぎるかも）

Cons:

朝食の品数が少ないのが残念でした。
美味しかったので、もう少し種類が欲しかったかも。
同伴者が朝パン派なので、パンが欲しかったそうです。

禁煙ルームでしたがタバコの匂いが布団からか空気清浄機からなのか。臭いました。
禁煙でも吸う人がいるんだろうなと思います。

温泉があり建物は古そうでしたがホテル内は綺麗でとても快適でした。

Cons:

看板がありましたが、やはりホテルに車で来た時交番があるのもあって右折しなかったです。

快適な２泊をありがとうございました。
Pros:

広さも適当で大浴場もありました。施設は少し古いのかな、と思ったのは風呂のシャワーや手洗いの水量や水捌けが少し悪いようにおもいました。後は
言うことなしです。フロントや朝食でのスタッフさん達は親切で感じがよく、とても安心しましたし、なんでも聞いて的確なお答えで助かりました。
ホテルの隣はスーパー、ドラッグストアや食事やコーヒー店などでとても助かりました。

車で行くなら駐車場が良い。部屋は値段なりでした。

夕方、磐田インターを降りて、初めてホテルルートインの建物が見え、ナビが目的地止まりにしてたので、右に曲がったら回れると思いましたが，裏に出てしまい、一方通行でしたので，ホテルにお電話しましたが、今は音声での対応で駐車場の位置情報をスマホに送られてきました。もう一度一方通行の道にUターンして大回りしてから、駐車場に入りました。入るところも、🅿️入口の坂の手前も，入れる道があるので、どちらか一瞬迷いましたので、インターから降りて初めてだと、建物は見えているのに、駐車場の入り口がわかりづらかった。
フロントの対応は普通だが、初めてだと、Ａ棟、Ｂ棟あり、数字続きで部屋番号になっていたので、もう１度聞きに行きました、初めてだとそのあたりの説明も伝えてほしい。
