土曜日で22時過ぎに車でいきましたが、寒い中スタッフさんが駐車場の案内から受付まで丁寧にしていただきました。
大浴場はそんな大きくありませんが、とても気持ちいいお風呂で癒されました。
ぜひ皆さんも利用していただけたらなと思います。
朝食にロビー前を通って食堂に行く時も、スタッフさん方が明るく挨拶してくれて、とても気持ちの良い対応をしていただき感謝いたします。
また近くに用事がある時は利用したいです♪

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で親切だった。かと言ってバカ丁寧な訳てはなく気さくで丁度よい距離間だった。

Cons:

別館に泊まったのだが自動ドアではなく鍵を挿しながら扉を開ける仕組みで荷物を持ちながらだと開けづらかった。

フツーに清潔？

Cons:

別館の1階の部屋を案内されたがインター近くの片側二車線幹線道路が窓開けると目の前で、夜寝れなかった。本館1階はロビーやレストランしか無く2階より上が部屋らしいけど、別館は道路と並行に部屋が並んでて皆道路沿いだから条件最悪ですね。せめて1階の部屋は使用禁止か料金別設定かにして欲しいかな。

大浴場がもう少し広ければ他のお客様とも気兼ねなく利用出来ると感じました。おそらく皆さんが感じると思うのでお時間の予約制にすれば改善されると思いました。
