The hotel is centrally located with helpful staff and restaurant service good food.
Pros:

First class Accommodation in the heart of Fort Kochi.
Pros:

The hotel is right in the centre of Fort Kochi, with easy walking access to many sights, and to the Water Metro station.
The rooms are very large, and very high quality. There is a large pool.
There is a brilliant restaurant right next door. The staff are professional, cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like leaving!

The location is fantastic. The hotel itself is a little bit solace whilst it ticks all the boxes there is something missing in the atmosphere. The pool in the pictures looks amazing but there is no atmosphere around it. Nobody is using it. Breakfast wasn’t great. However, it’s perfectly located and perfectly functional.

Cons:

A little solace. The pool is totally underused doesn’t have a nice sitting area next to it not very inviting.

Cons:

Breakfast succinct pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Piscine était vide. Elle était pleine le lendemain matin.

Eau chaude disponible à la condition d’actionner un interrupteur (sans indication) à côté de la douche : si on ne le sait pas, pas d’eau chaude…

Slept really well after an overnight train and a busy day in Cochin.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location - great place, clean, generous room which was very comfortable especially the bed. Super-helpful reception staff.

Great Hotel lovely
Pros:

Staff were perfect and the rooms were ideal. The location couldn't have been better for everything Fort Kochi can offer.
Second time there.

Good, but can be cheaper
Pros:

The stay was very comfortable, the staff members were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spacious, and kept clean. The service is prompt. And it is an excellent location.

Cons:

The amenities the hotel provides are pretty standard these days, and therefore not worth the price. It might be due to its prime location.

The TV is from the early 2000s and with very limited options.

A couple of additions (sausages and pastries) would make the breakfast buffet as good as any, but as of now it is lower than one would expect with the high rent they charge.
