For reservations under the same name and dates, which exceed 5 rooms or consist of more than 10 people, or extend beyond 14 days, our Group and Longstay Payment and Cancelation Policy will apply, regardless of the selected rate upon booking.
Group and Longstay Payment and Cancelation Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also nonrefundable.
We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of nonpayment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Upon check-in all guests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. Please note that guests staying in dormitories must be 18 years of age or older.
Towel rental is available at 6 AUD for guests staying in community rooms.

I try not to have expectations when staying in properties like Bounce.
There's nothing too flashy about the establishment but for the price paid to stay there one's not expecting anything flashy.
Having said that, Bounce outshone more "flashy" and expensive establishments that I have stayed at, in so many other ways!
I arrived extremely early (6:30 am) for my stay that night, and found a locked front door, but before i could call the number on the door, someone was there to welcome me and get me checked in. Of course my room was not ready but they store your luggage in a safe and secure place they let you have access to, and after going out for the morning they had my room ready earlier than expected and I was able to settle in.
I found the bed to be super comfortable with a great selection of nice pillows.
The shower was always as hot as you like it and had great pressure no matter what time of day you took one.
Even with the Wax Music Lounge down in the basement (which can be accessed by a lift from the accommodation) and it going into the early hours of the morning, it had no effect on the noise levels in my room, but maybe because my room was on the top floor.
The staff were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, both in Bounce itself and also Wax Music lounge which I spent some time in.
Location is fantastic, being right next to Degraves St and some of the best coffee houses in all of Melbourne, and right across from Flinders St Station and a free city tram stop.
I would highly recommend Bounce and Wax, and would happily stay there again.
The carpet/rug in my room was furry and any clothing from socks to pants that came in contact with the floor would pick up said fur. It was like someone had kept a cat or dog in the room previously and there was a faint funny smell to the room too.

My first time I visited was fine, until the seconds I lost some items there. But the staff especially the receptionist (chubby man and dark skin girl) is not helpful. I followed up many times but still they just ignored it.
They don’t keep the lost items properly. So upset.
Some staff not helpful and unfriendly:( One chubby man just leave for rest (out for find food) when I want to check-in.
The place is strategic, but I think the company needs to keep on eye with their staff.
The bunk beds are AMAZING! Well built, strong steel, very sturdy and don't move around easily. Lots of storage room in your own bunk (if top bunk), and drawers underneath bottom bunks. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is of an exceptional standard. You get incredible quality for the price of a bed. Incredible.
There was a temporary device in the room replacing an air conditioner. It seemed to keep the room cool, but it also meant the window was open which could lead to air pollution entering the room and increase noise pollution too. Apart from that, nothing bad to say about it.
Location is great! In the centre of everything. Staffs are helpful.
The shared bathroom not that clean. I encountered a few cockroaches in the shower- not cool. Bed is squeaky and not comfortable. And if you are a light sleeper, you would hear the sound of the night trains from flinders street station.
