A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable.

The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also nonrefundable.

We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of nonpayment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Upon check-in all guests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. Please note that guests staying in dormitories must be 18 years of age or older.

Lovely staff
Pros:

A fantastic stay although just one night length. The Bounce has a greatly supportive location for my marathon start and return. Especially thanks to Denise who gave me the warm welcome when I came back from tough running and served me with a free shower and body wash offer. Also the same respect to other staff that coordinated the arrangement. I will see you guys in the near future.

Noise from neighbors can hear clearly.

Pros:

Location was fantastic, spacious room, comfy bed bunks for the kids.

Cons:

Exhaust fans needed a clean in the bathroom, but was otherwise generally clean. Very noisy though it was a saturday night and we had windows on the street so understanding given the location.
