For reservations under the same name and dates, which exceed 5 rooms or consist of more than 10 people, or extend beyond 14 days, our Group and Longstay Payment and Cancelation Policy will apply, regardless of the selected rate upon booking.
Group and Longstay Payment and Cancelation Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also nonrefundable.
We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of nonpayment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Upon check-in all guests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. Please note that guests staying in dormitories must be 18 years of age or older.
Towel rental is available at 6 AUD for guests staying in community rooms.

Bounce Hostel was a fantastic stay — easily one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had. The staff truly make the place special.
Paige checked me in, and her bubbly, infectious personality made for a great first impression. Amelie’s social events were perfect for bringing solo travellers together, creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
A big shoutout as well to Kiera and Kristin, who were all part of making the experience so enjoyable.

Great location, curtains around the beds, staff were welcoming/friendly, active Whatsapp group with daily activities.
I found a bedbug in the open-top drawer under my bed upon check-in, so I immediately left after alerting staff. Staff seemed to work towards addressing the issue (I did not stay for the resolution), but since Booking asked for my review I wanted to be transparent so that other guests could make an informed decision. Seemed like an older building. I would otherwise give it a 7/10.

我们预订这个酒店的参考是booking官方的评分，然而事实上发生的事情与评分相差很大。
第一天：我们预订了这个酒店并且当天入住，入住完立刻感觉到公共区域的卫生环境实在差到难以忍受。我们先和酒店协商能否加钱升级到有私人浴室的房型被拒绝，要求退款也被拒绝。然后我们把房卡归还并离开。
但是酒店在第二天就取消了我们的订单，没有任何解释，对此我感到很不满。因为就算他们坚持订单不能退款取消，他们也没有权利直接取消订单，这是非常不合理的。理由是：既然他们坚持不能退款，那我们应该合法持有这件房子的使用权。而提前取消，然后如果再把这件房子出租获取别的利润是不合法的！
这个事情过后我找过一次客服，客服只退还了约10%等价的积分，我认为这是一种侮辱。
从事实上说，我们确实办理入住了但是只停留了一小会，后面几天从来都没入住，但是从第二天起我们的订单就被取消了。
因此我认为我们最多只应该承担1天的费用，剩下的三天不应该由我承担。
我为此找了客服协商，也没有进一步的进展。
总的来说，这是极其荒谬的一次体验。后面几天在booking上订的其它宾馆住宿给我的体验都很正常，但是这家是非常不讲道理的，希望消费者一定一定谨慎选择。
Amazing location right in town
Not many toilets to people. And the loudest ac and fan on 24/7. I ended up getting sick and it was like sleeping in a Boeing plane engine - so loud!
Staff were excellent. You cannot beat the location. Queen room with private facilities was spacious and comfortable.
Flinders Street is noisy.

Location was amazing! Super easy to get anywhere in the city and to get to Albert Park! Plenty of places to eat nearby, and Coles and Woolies are also both around the corner.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help.
Mattress and pillow were comfy and the bunk curtain ensured good privacy.

A lot of noise came from outside (even on the third floor). I usually don’t care about outside noise but it was VERY loud, especially the construction starting early in the morning.
The boxy cupboards at the end of the bed were a bit annoying - kept hitting my legs on them in the night.
The bunk gets quite hot/stuffy if the curtain is closed, even if the air conditioner is on.
Bathrooms could be a bit messy and wet sometimes - it seems inconvenient that the towel hook is on the opposite side of the room to the shower.
Even though the bathrooms are spacious, there’s not really room to put your clothes for after your shower, aside from in a bag on the hook or on the toilet seat or floor (not very hygienic). I think this could easily be solved with a small bench.
