For reservations under the same name and dates, which exceed 5 rooms or consist of more than 10 people, or extend beyond 14 days, our Group and Longstay Payment and Cancelation Policy will apply, regardless of the selected rate upon booking.
Group and Longstay Payment and Cancelation Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also nonrefundable.
We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of nonpayment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Upon check-in all guests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. Please note that guests staying in dormitories must be 18 years of age or older.
Towel rental is available at 6 AUD for guests staying in community rooms.

The bathroom was a bit dirty

Night road construction quite noisy
Bed was nice, so was the kitchen space and the cinema room.
Toilets could’ve been a little cleaner but my biggest nitpick is that the lockers above the bed don’t hold open so it’s very difficult to put anything big in. I was on a top bunk so I couldn’t leave stuff on the floor so the locker was the only option but it was very difficult to use since it wouldn’t stay open.

close to town, ideal for fed square or mcg, walking distance to everything. bed was firm, but room was clean and had everything we needed. Bathrooms are shared, but once you are in the bathroom you can lock the door and you have toilet, basin and shower to yourself, so no big deal. Multiple bathrooms available so never had to wait.

The staff was very helpful and made our stay better. It’s very close to everything in Melbourne CBD and flinders station.
They make it quite easy to meet new people and try to get us in touch.
Breakfast surprised us, it is in a restaurant next to the hotel, bad was really good.
It was old so we could hear a lot of noise from the outside even though we were in the third floor.
