Probably good for a solo business traveller
Pros:

The location was good.
Japanese breakfast was ok, though Western choices were limited.

Cons:

I don't know how old the mattress was but it was very uncomfortable.
The shower curtain was too short (or was hang too high), so it did stay put while having a shower.
The room was very small.
