Pros:

朝食バイキングが品数豊富でとてもおいしかったです。受験で利用しましたが、受験生へのカイロやお菓子、ウェルカムドリンクなどを無料で提供いただき、配慮もすばらしかったです。部屋のキャンセル手続きなども、快く手続きしていただき、感謝しております。

ベッドは少し硬めでしたが、しっかり眠れました。

快適でした。
Pros:

清潔で、室温やマットレス、枕の硬さもちょうど良く快適に過ごせました。部屋着がガウンではなく作務衣タイプなのもよかったです。
バスタブが大きく、脚を十分伸ばせました。
スタッフの方も皆さん感じの良い対応でした。
朝食バイキングは、和洋中から麺類まで種類が多く美味しかったです。スケジュール上控えめにしなければいけないのが残念でした。徳島ラーメン、食べたかったです！

Cons:

宿泊者は駐車料金無料ということでしたが、出庫時に請求されました。カードの磁気の問題？だそうで、返金していただきましたが、またフロントに戻らなければなりませんでした。

年末年始にリーズナブルに泊まれて良かったです
Pros:

年末年始にお世話になりました。
チェックインの時に年越し蕎麦に「カップ蕎麦」をいただきました。心遣いが嬉しかったです。
朝食が美味しかった。パン、デザートにお正月なのでお雑煮もありました！

Cons:

部屋のメイン電気が後付けなのか、リモコンでそれに気がつかず、中々消せずに困りました。
家族で3部屋に別れて泊まりましたが、全員わからず困ったと…わかりやすい注意書きがあると良かったです。
