大浴場も使い勝手が良く、お部屋もキレイで快適に、過ごさせていただきました。

全体的に、ホテルに関しては言うことはないのですが、大浴場に関して。
フロントの方に伺ったところ、貸出しの鍵は６つある、とのことで、私は鍵が今いくつフロントにあるか、伺ってから
入浴したので(その時は１人、先に入浴されていました)問題なく、ゆっくり入浴出来ました。
浴場内には、使えるところが４つしかなく、鍵を貸出すのは良いのですが、次に入浴した時は、入浴時、すでに私を含め、４人入浴していて、まだ上がる状態ではない中で、２人いらして、浴場に来られたのですが、洗う場所もなく、とりあえず、譲りあってシャワーを使ってもらったりしましたが、そのお２人はゆっくりされることもなく、上がっていかれました。
せっかく鍵を貸出ししているのだから、
時間等も把握していても良いのでは、と思いました。貸出すにしても、だいたい１人30分程度として、今、４人入浴されていますから、しばらくしてから…どうですか？とか、スタッフの方がひと声あってもよかったのかな、と思いました。
何も知らずに大浴場に来られた感じですし。入ってみないと実際わからないので。それか、鍵は４つにして、下手に入れないでほしいです。洗う場所もないのに、なぜ６人入れようとするのか不思議です。時間的に上がって着替えている場合は、大丈夫ですが、それも実際わからないことで。
すみません、長々と。でも、せっかくの大浴場なので、皆さんがゆっくり過ごされてほしいです。

臭い。
部屋、冷蔵庫を入れてあるチェストの中、枕、タオル、異臭がひどい

カビは仕方ないにしで水垢はこすれば取れる範囲かと。
