最高でした。また利用したいです。
Pros:

子どもの遠征試合に夫婦と息子で利用させていただきましたが、スタッフも丁寧で笑顔で印象よく、心地良く過ごさせていただきました。
館内で会った際やフロントの対応もよく、レストランのスタッフもとても丁寧でした。
朝食ビュッフェは混んでいましたがとてもおいしかったし、なくなるとちゃんと補充してくれて、補充の際のスタッフの対応も素敵でした。

Cons:

特にありませんがあえて言うならテレビでNetflixやAmazonプライム等が見られたらなおよかったです。

スタッフの皆さんが大変テキパキされていてチェックインがスムーズでした

Cons:

久居インターからはわかりやすいけど、国道23号等他のアクセスは少し複雑です。もう少しわかりやすいアプローチがあるといいと思われます。
