不親切なホテル
Pros:

客層としてはビジネスマンの利用がほとんど。雰囲気はビジネスチックでお堅いが、おかげで変な外人やうるさい若者がいないので、そういう意味での安心感はある。

Cons:

スタッフのホスピタリティが全く無い。チェックインでは普通の挨拶やもてなしの言葉もなく、いきなり端末の入力の仕方が違うことを指摘され、旅の疲れがどっと出たしイライラした。
朝食の際にフロント前を通っても朝の挨拶もない。
チェックアウトでも感謝の言葉やいってらっしゃいの一言もなかった。
人間の居る意味がないと思った。
部屋ではホテルの風呂や食堂がどこなのか？利用時間は何時までか？チェックアウトは何時までなのか？など一般的な案内がなかった。
すべてお察ししろと言わんばかり。
一貫して不親切なホテルだと思った。
