Pros:

一宮駅から近く、徒歩数分で行けると思います。
朝食は米飯・お粥派ですが、鯖飯・お粥・味噌汁・梅干し・ゆで卵・おかず（多くて覚えてません）・コーヒー・ジュースと揃うので言う事なしでした。
各部屋のバスとは別に温泉もあります。（温泉利用の場合、部屋のタオル持参必要）

Cons:

ホテルルートイン一宮は148名宿泊可能となっているようですが、これに対し、花茶屋（朝食バイキング）のキャパが少々足りないようで、ホテルの稼働率が高い日に遅く朝食に行くと、待たされる可能性ありです。
