お忙しい時期だったのにも関わらず、スタッフさん達は皆さん良い方ばかりでした。

Cons:

エレベーターが2台で、1-14階を担ってるところ
増設は難しいかもしれませんが…
チェックアウトや時間に追われてる人は早めに部屋を出た方がいいかと
