Perfect location and everything was very convenient and simple
Pros:

Location is excellent. Walkable distance to downtown and riverwalk.

Cons:

Maybe add some hand soap in the rooms please. Had no way of washing up. Sample wasn’t enough for a hand wash or shower. Definitely will return but need to bring all the washes and soaps for just a single nights stay next time. Thank you

Very pleased overall.
Pros:

Easy check in, free on site parking, comfortable bed, very clean. Short 15 min walk to Riverwalk.

It's very close to the alamodome and parking is free.

Cons:

It's a good value for the money. It's the basics, a clean room, a bed, a bathroom, and a TV. No pool or any extra amenities.

Friendly greeting, good location
Pros:

Walkable from the Amtrak station and 15 minutes from the city centre. I arrived well after midnight but no problem getting checked in having advised in advance. Comfortable room, enjoyed watching the English Premier League with commentary in Spanish!

Cons:

A breakfast option would have been good, however there was a microwave in the room.

It was good for what we needed.
Pros:

We needed a place to stay that was right by the train station. It was perfect, literally 5 minutes away.

Cons:

The noise level was a little loud. I don’t know if it’s because we were closer to the industrial area or by the train station.
There was also a very strong smell when you checked in and in the elevator. Once you exited the elevator it was fine. The smell did not penetrate into the room.
