Pros:

Staff was friendly, room was clean and smelled clean! Free, limited parking was a plus! Everything exceeded my expectations

Pros:

I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, especially from the person who helped me with check-in. They were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Cons:

One small thing to note is that there was some street noise from cars, but overall, it wasn’t too disruptive. Other than that, I had a great stay and really enjoyed the excellent service.

Great Location!
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was one of the biggest highlights. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the Alamodome, which was incredibly convenient for our plans. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Parking is limited, but the fact that it’s included is a great bonus. We're staying here again for another concert this month!

It’s a very nice place to stay.
Pros:

It is a small property with limited parking, but overall clean and perfect for a short stay. It is right next to the street and cars passing through might be loud but it’s not too bad. Overall it was a great place.

It was convenient, clean and worth the stay so I would return.
Pros:

It was conveniently located near the Alamodome where we had attended an event. It was clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

We arrived in the afternoon and asked if we could park during the day since we could walk to the Alamodome from the property. They said we could but for $25. We decided against that and ended up parking next door for $5 cheaper and it was very convenient to move the car from that lot to the hotel lot. Another thing about parking I didn’t like was how tight a squeeze it was to park. And the last thing I didn’t like was the TV Channels not working. It had the audio but showed a blank screen.

Pros:

City View Hotel was located very close to the Alamodome - an easy walk there. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe walking back to the hotel from the Alamodome late at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing directions to the Riverwalk area. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

If could could have cancelled and got money back to go to a different one would have.
Pros:

Only close to where we were going.

Cons:

As soon as walked in had a smell, room was small, beds were hard and small didn’t look like queen size beds, the sheets felt moist and uncomfortable.
