コスパが良くスタッフの対応も良い！
Pros:

駐車場からホテルの入口まで、雨の中、傘をささずに歩いていたところ、駐車場の整理をされていた男性スタッフの方が、ご自身が差していた傘を「よかったらお使いください」と差し出してくださいました。
雨の中での突然の心遣いがとても嬉しく、感動しました。お客様への気配りが感じられる、まさに最高の接客だと思います。ありがとうございました。

Pros:

スタッフの方がとても神対応でした。
自分的にはすごく疲れていたので気分は最悪でしたが分かりやすく丁寧に対応していただき有り難うございました。また今後も利用したいです。

Cons:

たいした事ではないのですが氷を部屋に持っていく時紙コップだったのは残念でした。
個人的に事ですが(笑)
