大満足
Pros:

14階の人工温泉の大浴場（女性の洗い場は3つですが、湯船は十分な広さ）が気持ち良かったです。シャンプー、リンスで髪がしっとりサラサラになりました。朝食はメニューが豊富で、丁寧に調理してあり、大満足でした。徳山駅からも近いです。

Cons:

駅から近いのですが、ちょっと奥に入っているので、グーグルマップがないと迷うかも。

まあ、まあであった。
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。スタッフは親切に対応してくださった。

Cons:

最初の部屋の空調が故障していた。急遽、部屋を変えてもらった。設備の改修中ではあったものの、空調のチェックがなされていなかったのは問題。
駐車場が離れた場所で有料駐車場だったので使いづらかった。

せっかくだから褒めたいけど、部屋に備え付けのポットでお湯を沸かしたら、お湯の中に水あかが大量に出た。３回入れ替えてもまだある。気持ち悪くなった。

Pros:

ツインの部屋を一人で宿泊しましたが、リーズナブルで快適でした。
大浴場からの工場地帯のイルミネーション最高でした。
