Pros:

Personal war sehr feundlich. Zimmergrösse war gut. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.
Kleines öffentliches Bad ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel ist schon älter und an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Nachttischlampe vorhanden. Gemütliches Licht fehlt. Etwas muffiger Geruch im Bad.

宿泊量廉価にして、懸命に客を確保しているという感じ。
Pros:

無償WIFIということだったが、部屋の掲示物に記載されていたセキュリティーコードを入力してもつながらなかった。
こんなとは、普通の宿ではめったにないことだ。
車寄せの天井部分、崩落しているところがあり、あれはすぐにでも直さないとホテルの品格にも悪影響だ。
無料の朝食は、東横インより品数もよかった。特にシナモンの効いたパンはおいしかった。いっぽう果汁ジュースは、上澄みのような感じで今一つ。ヨーグルートと冷凍でもよいから、、ブルーべりなどの果実トッピングできる品ぞろえがあると、よりセンスがよい。
あとは客室のカギも電子キー式にしたほうが、今後のことをかんがえたら階層ずつにでもしていくべき。自動ロックしないのは、致命的だとおもう。
あと、もう一つはＪＲ駅との無償送迎バスも絶対あったほうがよい。車でなかったらアクセスが悪すぎ。
大月駅の東横インにもかなり客が逃げているようにおもう。

Cons:

何度も言うけれど、JR駅からの送迎バスは必須だとおもう。特に上野原は駅とホテルのある市街との高低差が大きくかなり健脚でないとシニア層の客を獲得するのは難しいとおもう。

Pros:

The bed was very comfy, everything was clean, and the breakfast was good. You can see whether there's a congestion in the breakfast room via the TV in your room. It's helpful when you can see whether there's room enough or whether to wait for a few minutes. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop near the hotel, the public transport was therefore very convenient.
