Pros:

お風呂が朝から入れる所と朝食のメニューの丁度良い種類数です。温泉地のホテルの朝ブッフェだと朝からこれと言うのが有ったりするのでこれで充分です。

部屋ではゆっくり過ごすことができました。
Pros:

朝食が多種選べて、3泊目は違うメニューが提供されていたのが良かった。
スタッフの応対が良い

Cons:

ロケーション的には、宇都宮市街中心部へ向かうのが難しい（正面の4号線を朝の時間帯に南方向へ向かうことが難しい）
喫煙ルームだったので客室はそれなりだったが、同じフロア全体が煙草の臭いがして気になった
