Pros:

大浴場に櫛など入ったポーチを忘れて、ホテルへ連絡して送っていただいたのですが、こちらのミスなので着払いで構いませんと伝えたのですが、ホテルのスタッフの方が、こちら払いで送らせていただきますとのご返事でした。翌日到着しました。
温かい対応に感謝しており、次回も是非利用したいと思いました。

Ich war mit dem Rad unterwegs und dabei meine Packtaschen abzunehmen: Da kam eine Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption und fing an auf Japanisch zu schimpfen. Ich sagte, ich würde kein Japanisch verstehen und sie schimpfte weiter ... möglicherweise durfte ich nicht einmal für das Einchecken das Fahrrad neben der Hoteltür stehen lassen. Das fand ich sehr übertrieben. Auch dass an der Rezeption nur eine Person ein bisschen Englisch sprach, fand ich nicht gerade angenhem ...
