お世話になり、ありがとうございました。
Pros:

道に迷い予約していた時間(10時）より遅くに到着(11時近く）したにも関わらず嫌な顔ひとつなくチェックインの手続きやお風呂などの説明をしてくださってとても良かったです。
朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

当日遅い時間の予約だったので禁煙ルームがとれずしょうがないと思いながらもタバコ臭かった。

普通の部屋でも、ベットサイドに行くまで、車イスが入るスペースがあるとよい。また、浴室の段差はないと良い。バリアフリーの部屋ではなくてももう少し、車椅子が入る広さがあると助かる

Pros:

86歳の父が、大浴場で転んで落ちた時、男性のお客様と職員さんが素早く対応してくださり、無事に何事も無かったかのように父はのぼせから回復していました（私は女性なので男性風呂には立ち入れなかったが、その都度、その都度、状態を知らせてくださいました。）
丁寧な処置をいただきまして、ありがとうございました。ロビーのソファでゆっくりくつろげるし、珈琲もいただけるので、ありがたいです。
日曜日を除いた夕方〜22時まで、ホテルのレストランで夕飯が食べられますので、夜の寒い中、外出しないで済みました。
ホテルを出て右に行くと【ゲオ】があり、ちょっとしたおつまみや飲み物、スナック菓子や下着、本や充電器など揃っていました。
大浴場はラジウム温泉なので、肩の痛いのや足のくじきが治りました。
