If I were to go to Iwaki City again, I would stay there.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, the bath on level 14 is comfortable. Also the hotel's brand mascot is very cute.

清潔だったのと、受付の対応など良かった。

Cons:

朝食の際、8時30分頃に朝食会場に向かったところ、大変混雑していた為、食器の準備が間に合っておらず、トレイが数枚と小さい平皿一種類しかありませんでした。その時にスタッフの方に、「食器はここで待っていれば良いか？」と尋ねたところ、「大変混雑していて、食器は間に合わないので、その皿で済ませてください！」とかなり強い口調で叱られました。混雑で待つのは良いのですが、適切な説明や案内ではなく、いきなり叱られたのでホテルでは朝食は取らずに部屋に戻り、チェックアウト後に近所の喫茶店で朝食をとりました。
