十分に快適だと言えます

雨の日でも、駅からすぐなので、とても助かりました。

Cons:

エアコンの効きが十分ではなく湿気が多かった
近所にレストランなどなく、食堂が定休日ということでコンビニを探しましたが、再び車で行かなければなず大変でした

朝食のバイキングが種類が多くて凄かった。
しかも味も良かった。
新潟駅新幹線口から直接入れるので寒い日や暑い日はとても楽だと思う。ロケーションが良い。
凄く良かったのは朝の11時がチェックアウトなんでゆったりと過ごせます。

Adjacent to the train station with friendly staff and superb breakfast cooks.
Pros:

Among the several Route Inn locations, this breakfast impressed me most: variety, tastiness, culinary skill.
