Great Experience!
Pros:

As an Italian-American traveling through Fez, I wasn’t expecting to find pizza that would remind me of home — but this place truly surprised me!
The dough was perfectly balanced: light, airy, and beautifully crisp on the edges. The tomato sauce tasted fresh and vibrant, and the 4 cheese melted just right without overwhelming the flavors. Every bite felt authentic and made with care.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly — making the whole experience even better. It’s always special to find a place abroad that respects Italian tradition while adding its own local charm.
If you’re visiting Fez and craving a great pizza, I highly recommend stopping here. From one Italian traveler to another: you won’t be disappointed!

Great Ftour at the Bistro! Thank you Mr. Chakir and the welcoming team!!
Pros:

We enjoyed the Ftour at the Bistro, the buffet was nice with a variety of Moroccan food and the team was very nice. Special thanks to Mr. Chakir who took great care of us!
We will definitely be back when we visit the hotel again.

Wonderful Experience at the Barcelo in Fes!
Pros:

Our tour company booked this hotel as part of our multi-day tour of Morocco. The hotel is excellent, with warm hospitality and comfortable rooms. We really liked the desert scene in our shower. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of choices from traditional Moroccan breakfast cuisine to every day breakfast items like omelettes and pastry…but we really enjoyed the delicious dinner buffet of traditional Moroccan cuisine. The best part of a buffet is that you get to try new things and we certainly took advantage of it. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable - Tariq took excellent care of us! He was warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. If you’re in Fes, give the Barcelo a try!
