Empezaremos por lo mejor....el restaurante italiano realmente su cocinero no desmerece lo mas minimo

En la recepcion de una cadena española y el castellano pocos lo hablan. La atencion de la recepcionista sonrisa pero solo para la foto, ninguna solucion. La habitacion superior es con vistas a la medina, que yo diria mas bien a la rotonda de la avenida con pitidos de coches. Algun dia entenderan en los hoteles que es mejor una habitacion silenciosa y tranquila para dormir que estar toda la noche disfrutando de la circulacion, las sirenas de la policia y ambulancias con la medina al fondo a oscuras
L accueil,le personnel,le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et très bon .
Les chambres n étaient pas très propres,le sol ,sous les lits,des saletés.
Nous avons sejourné la première nuit au 5eme étage et nous avons été déranges par les bruits des climatiseurs .
Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre,ce qui a été fait après quelques discussions.
Seconde nuit au calme .

J’ai du insister pour avoir une compensation financière mais c’est pas l’hôtel qui l a proposé en premier

Parfait emplacement pour découvrir les trois quartiers intéressants de Fès : nouvelle ville, quartier juif et médina.
Chambre confortable et spacieuse.
Très bon petit déjeuner alliant spécialités locales et continentales.
Tout était parfait, le personnel était adorable, ayant pris un court séjour pour mes noces, je me suis rendu compte que mon choix d'hôtel était plus que pertinent et la déco que j'avais demandée était vraiment magnifique.
Ne pas être resté une nuit de plus ou deux 😁
