I would like to sincerely thank all the staff and management of Barceló Fès for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality.
A special thanks to the technical team, especially Mustapha, for the fast and efficient response in resolving the AC issue in our room. His professionalism and kindness made our stay even more comfortable.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Barcelo after discovering the old Fes, bustling and overwhelming! Restful!

Non le personnel n’était pas accueillant, le parking payant let es équipement sont vétuste pour un 4 étoiles pas d’équipement dans la sale de bain les serviettes ont perdues la couleurs ils ne sont plus banche et elles dégagent une odeur pas agréable
