Qualche dimenticanza di troppo nei servizi in camere (mancavano sempre gli asciugamani), questo per tutta la durata del soggiorno, ma che venivano comune risolti prontamente.

I've now stayed here a couple of times, good location, secure parking, nice room and both breakfast and dinner are generally solid.
Zimmer mit Blick auf die Medina bedeutet, Zimmer zur vielbefahrenen Straße mit Kreisverkehr. Laut Beschreibung sollen die
Zimmer schallisoliert sein - der Verkehrslärm war trotz geschlossenem Fenster stark zu hören. Mit Ohropax nachts aber okay.
Sollte man eher Ruhe wünschen, ist das der falsche Ort. Stört einen das nicht, hat man hier eine sehr gute Lage, sodass man viele Wege (Bahnhof, Medina, Königspalast - dieser war von unserem Zimmer aus gut zu sehen) fußläufig erreichen kann.
Die Check-in-Zeit ist ab 14 Uhr angegeben. Wir waren um kurz nach 15 Uhr da, aber unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Als Entschädigung gab es einen Drink (thé) am Pool. Erst nach 16:30 Uhr konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtete, mit einem großen Kingsize-Bett. Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Es gab täglich frische Handtücher - vor dem Frühstück waren sie noch da; nach dem Frühstück waren sie weg. Nicht ausgetauscht, sondern weg - etwas ungeschickt, wenn man sich nochmal kurz für den Ausflug fertigmachen möchte. Als wir am Nachmittag/Abend wieder ins Hotel kamen, waren neue Handtücher da und das Bett gemacht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, neben frischem Obst, gab es frisches Omelett oder Rührei, Brot, warmes Essen, süße Gebäckstücke, Saft, Wasser.
Ein Angestellter hat uns jeden morgen auf deutsch begrüßt - wirklich sehr lieb und süß. Ansonsten waren die Angestellten sehr freundlich zu uns.
Achtung: Neben der Übernachtungssteuer werden noch die Steuern zur Förderung des Tourismus an das Ministerium abgeführt. Wird auf Booking nicht mit berechnet, daher gab es im ersten Moment eine leichte Irritationen beim Einchecken. Die genaue Erklärung musste ich mir allerdings selber ergooglen.

Very well located near the borj fes mall. And all the shops are near by the hotel.
Medina is just 7 mins drive away and nice pool in the hotel. The hotel also has sports bar at the ground level. Did not try the breakfast.
Everything seemed okay. The lighting of the hotel is too dull for me. Thats my personal choice. The tv had lock codes and all the apps they have to remove them as we had to call them again and again to fix it.

Easy check in, great customer service. Katarina was very helpful and very accommodating. She speak fluent English and Spanish that was a most to make our time in Fes amazing. Great dinner buffet.
Good location in the newer part of Fez, around 10 mins by taxi from the Medina. Some nice local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Had a junior suite which accommodated the 4 of us well. Room was clean and looked fairly recently renovated. Comfortable. Hotel was relaxing, pool area was nice (water a little cold), basic gym. Very nice breakfast. Staff very pleasant.
Booked a city tour with Medina Mystique Travel via Viator which was really good - 5 hours and covered all the main sites. Also booked an airport transfer which worked well. Best currency exchange was Fes Change - about 10 min walk from hotel. 12 MAD to GBP, although the exchange in the airport wasn’t that bad at 11.8 MAD. Walked 10 mins to the train station for our train to Rabat which we booked through the ONCF app without issue.

Mohammed was really nice. He went above to exchange our money to Dirham. The hotel staff are nice and always had a smile and greeted us with respect.
