電車の音がちょい気になる
Pros:

やっぱり大浴場。コインランドリーの稼働が部屋で分かるのも助かった。
どっちも、部屋着で行けるの助かる。

Cons:

駅近くなので電車の音が気になった。

山口市、防府市に行ったときにはもう一度宿泊したいです。
Pros:

フロントの対応も良く、夕食は近くに食べに行く予定でしたが、スタッフ対応が良く食事処で食べたところおいしく食べれました。朝食込みで期待していなかったが、期待以上の食事でした。大浴場があり感激でした。

Cons:

大浴場入り口の小さなロッカーの施錠の仕方が年配者にはよく分からなかった。フロント担当の方が大変親切に対応して頂きありがとうございました。

Pros:

朝食のスタッフの方がとても気持ちのいい応対でした。
駅前で立地が良く、またイオンが近いので毎日利用できてよかったです。

Cons:

フロントの方々の対応でホテルの満足度が左右されるほどフロント業務は大事だと思います。
防府駅前のフロントの方、表情を柔らかく明るくしたらもっと良くなると思いました。

おおむね快適でした。
Pros:

お部屋をグレードアップしていただいて、広いお部屋で良かったです。スタッフの方も、爽やかでした。
ありがとうございます。

Cons:

部屋着が清潔に感じられず、着られませんでした。
また、コップも汚れが付いていて不衛生に思いました。
