Pros:

無料朝食バイキングがあって嬉しかったです。
ホテル内に温泉やレストランがあり、施設が整っていると感じました。
最寄駅（加賀笠間駅、または美川駅）からタクシーで10分程度なため、行きやすいと思います。

Cons:

電話をかけたのですが、音声ガイダンスのみでした。他に繋がる方法があるのかもしれませんが…少々不安に思いました。
ベッドのシーツ等の交換はしていないとのことで、気になる人は気になるのかなと思いました。

移動の際の宿泊地としては立地は申し分ない
Pros:

インターチェンジからすぐの場所に立地しているので、車を使った移動には最適である。近くにコンビニがあるのも良い。

Cons:

部屋のメインのシーリングライトのカバーがなかった。前日に破損したとのことだが、そのような部屋に宿泊させるなら、事前に客に状況を伝えるべきである。満室でないのなら部屋を変えるか客の了解を得るなどの配慮が必要である。
