初めて1階の客室利用をいたしました。1階に客室があることを知りませんでした。エレベーター待ちがなく良かったです。駐車場が面していたので騒音を心配しましたが問題ありませんでした。大浴場も近くて便利でした。一人占めで利用することが出来ました。朝食サービスも毎度ありがたく感じています。１つ残念だったのは、客室にあったスリッパです。ボロボロに裂けたスリッパが置かれていました。使い捨ての物も置かれていたので迷わずそちらを利用しましたが、見た目的にあまり良い気持ちはしませんでした。その他は概ね満足です。

チェックインもスムーズで対応も良かったです。
大浴場もあってゆっくり入れました。
近くに居酒屋等もあり飲食には困らないと思いました。

娘と那須にある墓参りにコロナの影響で、7カ月ぶりに行く為に喫煙の部屋に泊まりました。　9時頃にチェックインし提携の居酒屋美蔵で食事大変美味しかったです。部屋は　エアコンが故障？していて、少し暑かったが、空気清浄機でなんとか過ごしました。そのほかは人工温泉、朝食など快適でした。又予約して利用したいと思います。
