部屋のトイレの便座は改善いただけると嬉しいです。
Pros:

駅から近く、わかりやすい場所だった所。
従業員の対応が良かった所。
部屋に空気清浄兼加湿器があった事。

Cons:

トイレの便座が、温かくならないため、100均のような便座シートを貼らなければならない所。
寒い地域からの旅行者なので、ホテルの便座は暖かいのが当たり前だと思っていました。
名古屋近辺の他のホテルに宿泊した事がないので、この付近の常識でしたら、すみません。

助かった。一言お願いしたいのは
Pros:

中部国際空港に居て飛行機が悪天候により欠航（最終便）。
帰路の便が無い為急遽ホテルを確保する必要が有った。
予約サイトで空港近辺を検索（名古屋空港近辺の知識は全く無い）翌日の便に張り替えて貰ったが朝イチ便の為移動時間の最短の場所を検索。ルートインが辛うじて一部屋空いていた為予約。空港からタクシーでホテル着。予約サイトを利用した為予約のデータが未だ反映されていなかったがフロントの方が親切に対応してくれた。心身共に疲れ果てていて体力的にも全く余裕が無かった時に助けて頂いた感覚でした。

Cons:

細い点かも知れません。
部屋のボールペンがつかなかった（偶々持っていたボールペンで補う）のと部屋にティッシュが無かった事（鼻をかみたかったけど探しても部屋に無かった）。
この2点が少し残念でした。
後は素晴らしかったです。

Pros:

部屋が清潔だった。パソコンをする作業台も広く、ソファも沈み込まず、張りがあってよかったです。夜もうるさくありませんでした。ぐっすり寝られました。

Cons:

強いて言えば、私は別館だったので、本館への移動が少し面倒だった。でも駅近ですし、そんなくらいは悪いうちに入りません。そんなこと言ったらバチが当たると思うくらい、快適でした。

プラス・マイナスあったけど、全ては価格でカバー！
Pros:

魅力的なコスト。こじんまりしたスケールではありましたが、サービス品質は行き届いていた印象です。今や極めて少数派になった、ルーム内喫煙可能設定も大変ありがたい！

Cons:

水回りの古さがやや残念。①冷水・温水の各水栓を適温に調整するのが結構難しく感じられた。最近は温度調整とその固定が可能な水栓に慣れてしまってました。コストとの兼ね合いで、やむを得ずなのでしょう。②INAXの拠点の足元ですが、今ではまず見なくなったレトロな温水洗浄便座も、使い勝手の面で現代版モデルには当然及ばずでした。INAXの歴史展示場としての価値を持たせてるのでしょうか？便座ヒーターに代わる、便座シートには気遣いを感じられました。
