全体的には問題ない。 ポイント的に気になる部分が目立つ部屋、対応であった。
Pros:

スタッフの対応は基本的に良いと判断できる。

Cons:

ただし、ブッキングドットコムにて予約をし、支払いも完了しており、フロントのカウンター上にポンタやdポイントが支払いで付けれると記載されていたので、尋ねたところ、ブッキングドットコムでのお支払いのためポイントは付きません。と言われただけだったのでなぜブッキングドットコムにて支払っているとポイントが付かないかなどの説明もなく、お詫びも表情もなかったと思うのでその点が一番気になりました。

部屋の設定温度が暖房でガンガンに効いていたので、暑くて、直ぐに止めて窓を開けました。
トイレの洗浄後、ずっと水が止まらないなぁと思って、トイレに戻りノブを元の位置辺りに戻してみると止まったので、ノブの位置なども記載しておくか、きちんと修理するかするべきだと思います。

ブッキングドットコムで少し安く利用する客には、その程度で良いと思われてるのかと勘ぐってしまいます。

楽しい旅行でした

Pros:

部屋は広かったし荷物を置けるスペースも有り快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

他に部屋が空いて無かったので仕方がないけどタバコの臭いが嫌だった。

本当によかった。
Pros:

なにせスタッフの対応が気持ち良い、的確、施設も綺麗で何の不満もありませんでした。
毎年2回、仕事でルートイングラント東陽町を利用していて、ルートイン好きなのですが、今回もこちらを選んで本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

本館401号室でしたが、メイン電灯のスイッチが逆回路になってて電気がつかない💦と焦ったことくらいです。
すぐに対応いただけたので良くなかった点、にもならないですが。

常滑の焼き物巡りに最適
Pros:

駅から近い。
夜に利用したレストランの店員さん（女性の方）が感じの良い方で、楽しい食事時間を過ごせた。

Cons:

トイレの便座が冷たいので便座シートが備え付けてある。
でも、便座に座って飛び上がったところで、目の前に
"便座が冷たい"いう案内と便座シートが掛けてあるのは、
改善の余地ありかなと。

あと駅に近いからか電車の音が聞こえて結構うるさい。
