受付の方は、笑顔がなく残念でした。

混雑具合がテレビで確認出来るとのこと、しかし更新出来ておらず出鱈目な情報でした。
朝食時、混雑した中でやっと見つけたテーブルでしたが、濡れていたのでテーブル拭きを探したがなくて、スタッフの方にテーブル拭きが欲しいと言ったら、忙しいのにと文句を言われ、拭きに来て、どこですか？とすごい感じ悪く言われた。

Pros:

対応されたスタッフの方は、とても丁寧で誠実に対応いただきました。
出発日、時間的に清掃スタッフの出勤時間とエレベーター待ちが重なりましたが、きちんと挨拶もされ、エレベーターは客を優先されていました。
大浴場も女性用は、暗証番号が宿泊日事に変更されているのか、前回とは異なった番号で安心感もあり、浴室、脱衣所、洗面所とも清潔感がありました。
朝食は、宿泊代に含まれておりブュッフェ形式で美味しくいただけると思いますし、スタッフもとても丁寧です。

Cons:

部屋の設備がとうしても時代を感じさせるため、その点が許せる範囲の方であれば満足できる宿泊施設だといえます。

Pros:

フロントの方がとても丁寧でスムーズに利用することが出来ました。値段と比べれば比較的綺麗で広い部屋だとかんじました。

Cons:

朝食の種類が個人的には少ないなと感じました。もう少し惣菜類の種類があるととても嬉しいです。

Good for short stay when flight is next day
Pros:

It has onsen and washing facilities. Do be mindful they have a main building and annex. The onsen, washing facility and restaurant where you have breakfast is in the main building. The staff were very nice to change my rooms to the main building during check in

全体的には問題ない。 ポイント的に気になる部分が目立つ部屋、対応であった。
Pros:

スタッフの対応は基本的に良いと判断できる。

Cons:

ただし、ブッキングドットコムにて予約をし、支払いも完了しており、フロントのカウンター上にポンタやdポイントが支払いで付けれると記載されていたので、尋ねたところ、ブッキングドットコムでのお支払いのためポイントは付きません。と言われただけだったのでなぜブッキングドットコムにて支払っているとポイントが付かないかなどの説明もなく、お詫びも表情もなかったと思うのでその点が一番気になりました。

部屋の設定温度が暖房でガンガンに効いていたので、暑くて、直ぐに止めて窓を開けました。
トイレの洗浄後、ずっと水が止まらないなぁと思って、トイレに戻りノブを元の位置辺りに戻してみると止まったので、ノブの位置なども記載しておくか、きちんと修理するかするべきだと思います。

ブッキングドットコムで少し安く利用する客には、その程度で良いと思われてるのかと勘ぐってしまいます。
