親切でした。
Pros:

スタッフさんが親切でした。夜遅い時間にエアコンが効かない事を伝えたら直ぐに見に来てくれて、故障してるとわかったら部屋を替えてもらえました。

Cons:

廊下のタバコの匂いが部屋にまで入ってきたところでした。
