I felt welcomed and so kind and coffee machine that’s we loved and homemade breakfast so good and rice is good

駐車場は広く、部屋も
徒歩圏内に飲食店やコンビニもある

Cons:

電子タバコ専用の部屋ですが、紙タバコの匂いがしみついてて臭かったです。
家族も電子タバコ専用の部屋でしたが、そちらは無臭でしたので、ハズレ部屋だったのでしょう。

大変良かったと思いました⭕️
Pros:

帰りに荷物を一階の椅子に忘れて来ました。気がついた時には岐阜県まで帰っていました。ホテルに電話をした所黒のカバンを忘れたのですが女性のスタッフの方が直ぐにありますよと、返事をもらいました。着払いで送ってもらえますかと聞きました。大丈夫ですよと返事をもらい送ってもらう事になりました⭕️スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったと思いました。ありがとうございました😊

金額もお値打ちでしたので、こんな感じでしょう。
Pros:

スタッフの人が丁寧に対応して下さいました。

Cons:

寝巻きのズボンが古いのかズボンの紐がキツくしても下がって結局は使えませんでした。

清潔感。

Cons:

ルートインは全般的に価格帯・客層がビジネスホテルと言うよりシティホテル寄りだと思う。観光・登山シーズン等は最悪。利用頻度の多いビジネス利用の客に価格・利便性の良いホテルであって欲しい。

親切でした。
Pros:

スタッフさんが親切でした。夜遅い時間にエアコンが効かない事を伝えたら直ぐに見に来てくれて、故障してるとわかったら部屋を替えてもらえました。

Cons:

廊下のタバコの匂いが部屋にまで入ってきたところでした。
