Pros:

清掃いんの方が、素晴らしかった。責任感のある方でした。

Cons:

フロントスタッフがいい加減でとても不愉快、チェックイン時間30分も遅れて損した気分とせっかくの記念品が、台無しになった。もう利用しない

Pros:

朝食　大変美味しくいただきました。
朝食チケットは、食事処に入ってすぐ　
バイキングのスタート地点のカゴの中へ
小さい音でしたが、テレビがついていました。朝からテレビを観ない者にとっては
静かに流れるバックミュージックだけで
食事を済ませたいです。
混雑もなくスムーズに流れるバイキングでした。
ツインの部屋も広くて、大変快適でした。
ありがとうございました。

常磐線の線路沿いでしたので
電車の音が気になる方もいらっしゃると思います。
ツインの部屋は線路沿いにしか
ないのでしょうか？

十分満足なステイ
Pros:

駅からすぐ、周りにもコンビニは少し遠いがあるし、夕飯は一階のレストランが美味しくて安くて非常に良かった。小さいが大浴場もあり、全般で満足度高いステイでした。

Cons:

フロントスタッフが全般、チェックインもアウトも不親切で感じが悪かった印象でした。
