ホテルは古いけれど、とても清潔感がありました。喫煙室と禁煙室の予約を間違えてしまい、部屋の交換をお願いしたところ、快く応じてくださり、おかげさまでかなり快適に過ごせました。車で行きましたが、駐車できる場所も割とありましたので、上越市に伺った際はまた利用したいと思います。

This Route Inn location is a bit older than some of their other locations, however it still has some good amenities like a public bath and in-building coin laundry (a must for hot Japan summers!). Room was small but clean, overall a good experience.

I thought the included breakfast was every day, however I only received 1 meal coupon for my 2 day stay, which was surprising. Not really expensive, but didn't purchase a 2nd day and just got a bento on the train instead.
