お世話になりました。
Pros:

スタッフが親切で笑顔でした。
大浴場が夜中2時まで使えるのは有り難いです。

Cons:

お風呂がもう少し大きいと嬉しい。
クローゼットに服を入れたら、変な匂いがついたので、かけてあったリセッシュを使いました。
朝食バイキングで、山形らしい物が1つでもあれば良かったのになと思いました。

チェックインが夜中になってしまったが、丁寧な対応をして頂いた。

Cons:

駅前のロケーション故に、電車の音が早朝から聞こえる。防音ガラスなどにして欲しかった。朝食にヨーグルトが欲しかった。

ベッドが寝やすく良かったです。
朝食は簡易ですが、全体的に美味しかった!

Cons:

喫煙室だったんですが、タバコを吸うと窓が開けられないので、換気扇が点いていても臭いがこもり、結局、喫煙所に行きました。
