Pros:

フロントの方の対応がとてもよかったです。
お風呂も混雑度がわかる大浴場があり、女性用はパスワードで入る仕組みになっていて、混雑度を見てお風呂に入れるのが、大変よかったです。
宿泊費に含まれる朝食バイキングも種類も多く、大満足です。
朝食バイキングも混雑度がわかります。本館、別館両方行けるので、混み具合で選べます。

なかったです。また利用したいです。

必要十分
Pros:

平日でしたが、朝食込みで一泊7000円ちょっと程度で泊まれたのでありがたかったです。
コインランドリーも乾燥機がたくさんあって良かったです。
ロビーのコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。
歩いてすぐそこに コンビニがあったのも助かりました。
脱衣所がエアコンが効いていてうれしかったです。

Cons:

全部「7000円で泊まれるだけありがたいけど、贅沢を言えば」が前提です。別館を利用しました。
・駅からちょっと遠いので長良川鉄道を使おうと思うと難しい
・バスルームが狭め
・禁煙室なのでタバコの匂いはしませんでしたが部屋全体のもわっとした匂いがちょっと気になった
・エアコンの効き方があまりよくなく眠りづらかった（冷たい風は出るけど部屋全体が快適にならない感じ）
・エレベーターが1基のみなので待ちが発生する率が高い
・コインランドリー用の洗剤がフロントで販売していることを分かりやすく書いておいて欲しかった
・別館のロビーが狭い

まあ満足です
Pros:

朝食が種類豊富でとても美味しかったです
ロビーのコーヒーサービスもありがたかったです

Cons:

女性用大浴場が別館だというのが面倒かも
喫煙ルームで予約したのに電子タバコのみだったのが残念過ぎます
ホテル選択の一番の理由がタバコ吸えるかどうかなのに
