Tranquilo y confortable, cercanía a la estación y al Lago Suwa.
Pros:

Muy tranquilo y cerca del lago Suwa.
Las camas muy cómodas.
El desayuno estaba muy bueno.

A few steps from Suwa lake
Pros:

- spacious room (at the cost of a smaller bed even for Japanese standards but still…)
- complimentary beer/soft-drink right after check-in + free afternoon coffee self-service

Cons:

- please, invest in water batteries, it’s year 2026, there is no need to mix cold and hot water manually or switching between water only for wash basin vs. water only for bathtub
- also there are other ways how to track guests for breakfast, paper coupons are unnecessary (basically anything you need to print for each and every guest could and should be replaced in these days)

不错的一次体验
Pros:

大浴场很舒服 房间内也有单人浴缸 早餐很好 离上诹访站很近 不远就有全家

Cons:

床边没插座（也有可能是我没找到 或者为了安全考虑专门不设置的？） 出门需要用钥匙手动锁门 很容易忘记

立地は最高
Pros:

片倉館のすぐ裏、諏訪湖に歩いて行ける。やはり大浴場と朝飯

Cons:

施設が多少古い。掛け布団が最近の一体型ではない。

まず何もありません。満足です。
Pros:

駅にも近く、諏訪湖にも近く、静かで環境も良かった。
夜の諏訪湖も散策できましたし、
数分で行けることに感謝してます。
フロントの方も好感持てる対応でしたし、温泉♨️もなかなか良かったです。
また利用したいと思っています。
次回は連泊したいですね。

部屋のスペースがもう少し広ければ…。

Pros:

On nous avait attribué un chambre fumeur alors que nous sommes non fumeur et on a pu demander de changer de chambre car l'odeur nous importunais et le personnel a été plus que compréhensif et collaborant. Et l'hôtel et très bien placé proche de tout les centre d'intérêt 15 min à pied max!

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé le lit un peu petit et dure.
