早饭很好吃，房间很干净，当我把东西落在酒店时，他们帮助我寄到了机场并主动负担了邮寄费用。

Cons:

这个酒店有多个员工轮流值班，只有上夜班的员工会查看booking并回复消息，消息回复的速度比较慢。大部分员工不会说英语，因此沟通略有困难。

満足です。
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。
駅、諏訪湖、温泉施設(片倉館)、繁華街の飲み歩き、すべて徒歩圏内です。
周辺に高級旅館もありますが、同じ立地条件で安く宿泊出来るので、コスパ感高いです。

Cons:

不満な点は、特にありませんでした。
