中の下だったかな！
Pros:

申し訳ないのですが特にありませんでした。

Cons:

おそらく建ってから結構な年数を経ていると想像できます。
その割に普通なのかもとも言えますが、観光地（温泉街）の中にあり、旅館・リゾートホテルと比べれば価格はリーズナブルです。
古い＝悪い訳ではなく、古くても清潔さだったりホテルスタッフの細かな心遣い・おもてなしは重要です。
2、3揚げれば、床のシミがそのままだったり、備え付けのスリッパの鼻緒が切れてボロボロだったり（使い捨ての紙スリッパはあったのでビニール製の備え付けボロボロスリッパを置いておく意味がわからない）です。
細かいことを論うようで心苦しいですが、ホテルのランクは関係なく、ホテル事業に携わる経営者・スタッフは基本を忘れてはならないと思います。
