外出する際、出入り口に外国人観光客がキャリーケースと共に大勢立っていて出口を塞いで出にくい（スタッフが別場所に誘導すべき）
トイレの水が止まりにくい

朝食は美味しかったです。お風呂があるのはとても良かったです。シャンプー剤が気に入りました。

Cons:

喫煙室を利用したのですが、エレベーターを降りてすぐ、煙草の臭いが結構したのと部屋の壁紙の汚れが、煙草を吸う者でも少し気になりました。

朝、大ハプニングだった。
Pros:

お風呂のお湯が良かった。

Cons:

部屋の窓が故障で開けられず、朝の空気が入れられなかった。空気清浄機を付けたらカタカタ音がしたので音が気になり使えなかった。朝、駐車場から出られなくなり（他の車がもう少し下がっていたら良かった）、出るまで20分かかり、スタッフの方に出してもらった。その為、子供の大学受験時間ギリギリになってしまった。

BIEN para Matsmoto de paso, no tan ideal si deseas recorrer y acceder mas al centro de la ciudad.
Pros:

La CAMA para ser Japón y la verdad es que te puedes encontrar verdaderas tablas, no estaba nada mal. La atención del personal muy correcta.
Hay que tener en cuenta que el hotel se encuentras a las "afueras" de Matsumoto... a unos 3,5 kilómetros al centro. Fuimos y volvimos andando aún teniendo coche y fue un paseo agradable en unos 40 minutos.
Hay un seven eleven a 10 minutos caminando que nos fue muy bien para preparar algunas cosas para la salida a la montaña al dia siguiente.

La ATENCIÓN amable y muy correcta.

La HABITACIÓN es algo mas espaciosa de las que nos hemos encontrado por Japón-.

MUY BUEN DESAYUNO! orientado principalmente a publico japonés pero con bollos de pan, bacon, jamón dulce, mermelada ... que no es propio de hoteles de por la zona.

Cons:

La UBICACIÓN, si como nosotras buscas un alojamiento para estar no más de un dia en Matsumoto, quizás hay alternativas más céntricas.
En CALIDAD-PRECI0, nos salió a unos 90 eurazos la noche que aunque en japón no es mucho por los precios que hay, es suficiente como para encontrar alguna alternativa en una zona mas centrica
