Proximité de la gare et des centres d intérêt de la ville.

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation phonique. J'avais l' impression que mon voisin qui ronflait très fort était dans ma chambre.
C'est dommage car la chambre est très propre et confortable et permet un agréable séjour.
