I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but would have felt more welcome if there had been some vegan options on the menu. There wasn't even one vegan option on the breakfast menu. The option for vegans for lunch/dinner consisted of french fries and green beans.
Very good location for City business and West End. Wonderful reception staff. Rooms are not bad, no iron or ironing board. Good value for the money.
Like all hotels now, impossible to get the temperature right with the electronic thermostat. This affliction is ubiquitous and ruins your sleep. Health and Safety nanny state prevents guests from opening the windows to make matters worse.
Quieter location but close to everything. Room was really nice with comfortable bed, clean, quiet and lots of light.
We were initially very pleased with Marrable’s Farringdon . The location is excellent, just a short walk from Farringdon Station, and check-in was efficient and welcoming.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a housekeeping oversight. We discovered visibly dirty underwear from a previous guest left in the pocket of one of the bathrobes in our room. While staff responded quickly and removed the item when we reported it, the bathrobes themselves were not replaced, which left us feeling uncomfortable and less confident about the overall cleanliness of the room.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but for a four-star hotel this was disappointing, and we were surprised that no further acknowledgement or goodwill gesture was offered at checkout.
It’s a shame, as otherwise the hotel has many positives.

Great location and I have enjoyed staying here before.
The hotel seems to have taken a turn for the worst. No hot water or tea or coffee making facilities on any of the floors. Come on. You have to provide hot beverages even in a 3 star hotel.

Great location
No coffee in room. Having coffee stations in each floor is fine but only if they always have hot water and tea/coffee available. Both mornings we were there this was not the case
Comfortable bed, very quiet, convenient location, pleasant staff. Accommodated earl check in and late check out for free. Wonderful natural light and sky view from
latge windows.
Rug seemed dirty and grout on shower walls needs ro be freshened up.
Excellent location.
Stairs from bathroom to bedroom SHOULD have a hand rail. We both slipped down the steps and had no handrail to hold onto. VERY DANGEROUS.
Also would have been better to have a walk in shower rather than a tub.
A couple of Safety items which would have greatly improved our stay.
