Cons:

However, the staff left much to be desired at breakfast. When I asked about the lack of scrambled eggs, I was told that they were being prepared. But when they were brought out 10 minutes later, they were barely warm, meaning they had clearly been cooked long before and had already cooled down. The staff carried out their duties with visible reluctance.
