Pros:

Ambiente elegante rilassante pulitissimo , letto molto comodo , colazione eccellente e molto varia ,staff gentilissimo disponibile e pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste . Dal balcone al quarto piano si gode di una vista sul mare e se ne respira il profumo. Un soggiorno perfetto.

Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare nella struttura pur avendo prenotato e saldato un mese prima. Siamo stati contattati il giorno prima della partenza e con una spiegazione inaccettabile siamo stati dirottati in un altro hotel di categoria inferiore. Inaccettabile!

Pulita e personale gentile

Pubblicizzata con parcheggio che non hanno , pensavo che Booking era affidabile e verificasse invece devo dire che la cosa è stata deludente in un futuro cercherò prima su altre piattaforme, il personale poco preparato su domande semplici sulla città e ciò che offre, poco chiari nei servizi offerti che poi si rivelano a pagamento questo dipendeva soprattutto da che era alla reception ( la ragazza era molto brava e disponibile)
