Yo escogí el lugar para poder usar hidromasaje y no estuvo habilitado, mis familiares también estuvieron descontentos por esto. El baño de la habitación tenía olor a cañería

Les déjeuners étaient bons et copieux.
La tenancière me semblait préoccupée, échangeait très peu avec moi malgré ma maîtrise de la langue espagnole.

No me agrado el lugar, en las fotos que publican se ve diferente, el desayuno el mismo de todos los días, el internet pésimo de igual manera la señal de la TV, adicionalmente la TV muy pequeña

Enjoyed our stay in Banos. The owners were helpful and gracious. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the centre and from the bus station. The only problem was that other guests arrived at 3 am, so the door bell ringing woke us up.

A una distancia conveniente de las principales calles y en linea recta este es un super lugar para quedarse en Baños. La atención departe de Paul y si hermana y todo el equipo lo hacen sentir a uno especial. El desayuno gratuito basta para comenzar bien el día. El cuarto cómodo y limpio. Deberán pronto sustituir la ya antigua T. V. por una plana mas grande y moderna. La vista del comedor es en verdad bella. La piscina buena para cuando haga calor. Lástima que el Jaccuzi no funcionó, deben arreglarlo pronto.

Recomiendo el lugar. Yo me quedé dos noches a principios de Octubre.
Todo en Baños se puede alcanzar caminando inclusive la estación de autobuses.

We booked at the Napolitano for a weekend stay. The property was very clean, safe and easy to get to. The family running it speaks excellent English and were able to guide us towards activities in the area, tours, restaurants, etc. As a bonus, they cook breakfast every morning - the food and service were excellent. I highly recommend the Napolitano for your stay in Banos. Everything is in walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean.

It's a b&b converted from a grand house. It's located a short walking distant from the busy commercial center. Therefore, is doesn't has the noises or distractions of people or cars. The room is spacey and clean. Breakfasts were freshly made on the spot. Although, the menu is dictated by the kitchen but food and services were adequate. It has a great window view of mountains & small garden from my room. It's a short walk to the hot spring and downtown area. I felt very safe walk alone on the streets around the hotel by myself around midnight after the hot sprint bath. The only complain I had would be the wifi services. I stayed at 3rd floor and the wifi didn't seems work inside my room.

Stayed at the Napolitano Hotel for two nights in June 2016. The hotel is located only a few blocks from downtown Baños. The staff was very friendly and the room was great.

Just a bit out of town to ensure silence and tranquility.
Room was large with a dedicated seating area which was an added bonus
