フロントの方々が素敵！
Pros:

とにかくフロントを始めとするスタッフの方々が大変親切、丁寧な対応で、とても良かったです。
朝食バイキングも種類が結構あり、美味しかったです。
新聞がもらえたのも、地味に嬉しかったです。

Cons:

浴室内のゴムパッキンに黒い汚れがちょくちょくついており、折角掃除されていてもそのように見えない感じがしてしまい、残念だった。浴室以外は問題なし。

ここでよかった
Pros:

渋滞にハマりチェックインが12時頃になってしまったが、親切に対応してくれた　ありがたかった　予約が喫煙室だったのだがすぐ変更してくれて助かった
