宿泊者に寄り添って対応していただいた。
私がスタッフだったら絶対イライラするだろうと思ったことでも親切丁寧で相手にプレッシャーを感じさせない対応で申し訳なくなるくらいでした。

インバウンド優先のホテル
Pros:

接客や部屋について普通のルートインより日本人のクラークが多い。

Cons:

大浴場が無く隣接するジムもシャワーのみ。車で10分掛かる入浴施設に行かなきゃならなかった。インバウンド優先の対応で夕食は外で食べたほうがと言われた。
